Exciting Opportunity: Sales Administrator Role!

Our Leicester based client is keen to appoint a Sales Administrator for a full-time temporary position. Working Monday – Friday 37.5 days a week. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join a busy fast paced sales team and contribute to their continued success and growth.

Main role of Sales Administrator

To support the large sales team, liaising with the existing client database providing excellent customer service to all customers. Managing and developing new accounts and helping to secure new business.

 

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and engaging with existing customers.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete and entered into the system.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales records.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.

 

Skills and experience of a Sales Administrator:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
