I was first approached by Neil regarding a job I was interested in returning to once my maternity leave had finished. From our first initial conversation, he was not a recruiter, but a person - interested not only in my CV or career prospects, but my personal wants and needs as a new mum. I was unable to accept the job due to childcare issues on my side, but Neil could not have done more.
