June 2021

RECfinancial launches under the leadership of Neil Tyack, an enterprising individual dedicated to changing the recruitment landscape. With a vision for excellence and a commitment to personalised, honest service, Neil embarked on this journey as essentially a self-employed recruiter based at Grove Business Park, setting the stage for future success.

September 2021

RECfinancial enters a new phase of expansion and innovation with an exciting step forward. Moving to the dynamic Grove Community Hub in Braunstone represents more than just a change of address; it also represents the company’s commitment to creating a cooperative atmosphere where partnerships and ideas flourish.

December 2022

A pivotal moment unfolds for RECfinancial with the appointment of Dan Ingles and Ray Metcalfe as joint owners and Directors. Their wealth of experience and strategic vision inject new energy into the business, propelling it towards unprecedented heights of achievement and excellence.

February 2024

RECfinancial’s commitment to progress and expansion becomes evident as it relocates to new, larger offices at The Stables in Potters Marston, a grade II listed barn conversion. The move not only accommodates the company’s growing team but also reflects its unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service and forging stronger connections with clients and candidates alike.

April 2024

Tracey Ball’s addition to the RECfinancial team marks an exciting milestone in the company’s journey. With her expertise and passion for connecting talent with opportunity, Tracey expands RECfinancial’s reach and reinforces its reputation as a trusted partner in the recruitment industry, poised for even greater success in the future.

Neil Tyack

Director

Neil attended Plymouth and Bristol Universities for his undergraduate studies before entering the recruiting industry in 1999. He brings a plethora of experience to the table, having spent twenty years working in the financial recruitment field.

Central to Neil’s professional ethos is fostering genuine, transparent relationships with clients and candidates alike. He values mutual respect and integrity, seeking partnerships with like-minded individuals who share his commitment to professionalism.

Beyond the boardroom, Neil is a devoted Husband and Father and has many different pets. An avid gardener with a fascination for tree ferns, he’s also been a dedicated gym enthusiast for 35 years. Neil finds solace in clay pigeon shooting and serves as a local Parish Councillor, overseeing the village allotments.

Active in his community, Neil is an honorary member of Hinckley Round Table and Hinckley 41 Club, actively contributing to charitable endeavours. You might catch him walking with his faithful spaniel Oscar or unwinding at the village pub on Friday nights, enjoying fine food and a whiskey.

With 18 years of entrenched experience in recruitment within the Leicester market, Tracey specialises in both temporary and permanent placements, particularly in the realms of Accountancy and Finance. Additionally, she extends her expertise to encompass administrative and clerical roles, showcasing her adaptability in meeting diverse client requirements throughout Leicester and Leicestershire.

Tracey’s signature is her unwavering dedication to offering outstanding service, which is emphasised by her desire to build long-lasting relationships with each and every client. Her top priority is to comprehend their unique business requirements, guaranteeing a smooth hiring process that is easy to use and efficient.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Tracey channels her passion into volunteering with Girlguiding UK for over two decades, where she organises engaging activities and unforgettable camping expeditions for both Guides and Rangers, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to community engagement.

In addition, Tracey is an enthusiastic season ticket holder for Leicester City FC and loves nothing more than to travel to different UK cities to cheer on her team at home and away.

Ray has been immersed in the recruitment field since 2003, steadily advancing to a managerial position by 2005. Over the past 15 years, he has served in various capacities, including Area, Operations, and Managing Director roles, catering to companies across the Midlands and spanning all skill levels.

With a degree in hand and accolades such as Business Manager of the Year, Ray boasts a track record of tangible success in the business realm.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ray finds fulfilment in his roles as a husband and father to two daughters. His interests range from live concerts and music of all genres, from classical to heavy rock.

Ray holds firm to principles of trust, honesty, and hard work, all while embracing the joy in life and making a positive impact on those around him. His penchant for humour adds an extra dimension to his interactions, always aiming to bring smiles to people’s faces.

Dan boasts two solid decades of experience in the recruitment realm, with a niche expertise in accountancy and finance. His journey spans from the initial trainee position to the esteemed role of Director.

Dan’s commitment to RECfinancial’s core values, epitomised by ‘Do the right thing’ and ‘Never miss a thing,’ underscores his professional ethos.

Beyond his career, Dan’s heart lies with his family, particularly his two young daughters. On weekends, he is immersed in chauffeuring duties, shuttling them to various football clubs for matches.

Outside of work, Dan’s passion for Manchester’s musical heritage from the early to mid-90s shines through. He is the proud owner of a Classic Mini Cooper and a self-obsessed Lego addict.
