I had a great experience working with Neil and RECFinancial. He was honest and transparent from the start, setting realistic expectations about the temporary role and not making false promises about it becoming permanent.He did mention a potential future opportunity but was clear nothing was guaranteed—which I really appreciated. As it turned out, that opportunity did come up, and the role eventually became permanent.Throughout the assignment, he stayed in touch and was genuinely supportive.
